The Challenge

Obtain more feedback from park visitors

The Kentucky State Parks have historically asked for feedback from visitors in the form of paper surveys. As you can imagine, the response rate was not good. Our challenge was to encourage visitors to share information about themselves and their stay.

The Solution

Make capturing visitor feedback a walk in the park

We created a custom iPad survey app to be handed to park visitors upon checkout, after a meal, or while in the golf pro shop. The easy-to-use interface allows visitors to quickly answer a few questions and be on their way. All data is pushed directly to the cloud and compiled with real-time reporting.

Less than 1% of visitors took paper surveys.
